Llegue hoy 3:40 pm a comer, el servicio lo ofrecen desde 3 pm (ver sus horarios) me comentaron que abren a las 4 pm, yo he venido varias veces y abren a las 3, la Señorita que me recibió me dijo puede esperar o ….. Le dije espero , me fui a mi carro y regrese a las 4:15 y otra señorita que estaba en la parrilla me dijo que hasta a las 4 , tal vez se atrasaron y ni el reloj ven. Después llega la persona inicial y me dice que no hay luz y que no me pueden dar servicio, lo que yo vi es que el carbón toda vía no estaba listo, le pregunté por los dueños y me dijo que, dígame a mi y yo les digo. No, dígame quiénes son y les digo mi queja, en eso una mujer que estaba en la caja y hablando por teléfono empezó a agitar su mano preguntando que pasa, evidentemente sabía lo que pasaba y no fue lo que dijo si no el tono sarcástico y retador con el que dirigió. Como Nos falta cultura de servicio al cliente , si el mismo dueño no tiene capacidad de manejar algo tan sencillo menos su personal. En los últimos dos meses he venido como 8 veces , esta fue la última.

La comida estaba deliciosa, el servicio algo lento y en cuanto al ambiente yo les recomendaría algo de música variada a mi en lo personal no me gusta la banda y sumándole la música a los videos en dónde siempre salen mujeres enseñando de más heeee no lo hace un lugar 100% familiar

Unas muy ricas carnes asadas, a un precio super bueno. Normalmente hago mi pedido por teléfono para pasar a recoger, así que no estoy seguro qué tan rápido sea el servicio directamente en el local. Lo que regularmente pido es una orden grande de bistec con chistorra y pastor, todo super rico, una porción bastante generosa (salen como 9-11 tacos super bien servidos con tortillas hechas a mano que incluye la orden. Además que te agregan un sin fin de salsitas y acompañamientos, tipo salsa de molcajete, salsa roja, salsa verde, pico de gallo, frijolitos, cebollas cambray, nopales. No les miento, mandan un montón de acompañamientosxD (lo cual se agradece bastante) y a un super precio, toda esa comida sale como en 160 pesos. Sin duda, un lugar completamente recomendado visitar, Comida muy rica, a un muy precio y la atención es sumamente amable.
